CLEARPATH™
Helping educators reach their full potential.
CLEARPATH™ is a professional development program for teachers and aspiring teachers in Mississippi. The program guides participants through state licensure requirements, providing individualized and cohort-based support from experienced facilitators.
This no-cost initiative—sponsored by D&E—ensures that educators have access to the resources, guidance, and training they need to strengthen the classroom and the community.
Workforce Training
Career skills that open doors.
Our Workforce Training program prepares individuals to thrive in professional environments by teaching the essentials of workplace success—professional etiquette, communication, customer service, and leadership.
Participants learn to:
Develop job readiness and interviewing skills
Build confidence in customer-facing roles
Strengthen their professional image and communication
Improve employability and long-term career potential
Youth Empowerment
Preparing the next generation to lead.
D&E’s Youth Empowerment curriculum engages participants ages 14–20 in life skills, career exploration, and personal development. Through mentorship and training, young people gain confidence, purpose, and the tools to pursue higher education or meaningful careers.
Senior Enrichment
Learning and living with dignity.
Our Senior Enrichment Program reconnects older adults to their communities through education, financial awareness, and social engagement. From consumer education to technology training, D&E creates barrier-free environments where seniors can thrive, stay informed, and remain active participants in community life.
Veteran Recovery Program
Restoring stability and purpose for those who served.
The Veteran Recovery Program provides veterans—especially those experiencing homelessness—with counseling, job training, and employment placement services.
Our program includes:

Financial and debt management support
Transitional and permanent housing assistance
