Hire for attitude, train for skill.
The delivery of highly proficient and professional training program designed to take trainees from where they are, to where they want to be in their professional careers. Our attitude is to “hire for attitude and train for skill.” For individuals willing to make a 100% commitment, the program teaches basic “professional etiquette,” emphasizes the importance of a positive attitude, the fundamental requirements of sales, customer service or financial service representatives and the role of cashiers and bank tellers.

The Professional Training Program is a structured curriculum, which provides detailed instruction about planning the business wardrobe, interviewing to get the job and the appropriate follow-up to get the job. This course stresses the importance of effective communication skills, basic business etiquette and other skills to ensure improved marketability.
